Focus on the Future: Nova Scotia's Responsible Gambling Conference

This two-day conference, sponsored by the Nova Scotia Gaming Corporation (NSGC) as a part of Responsible Gambling Awareness Week (RGAW), is an opportunity for members of the gaming industry, teachers, parents, students, addictions counselors, healthcare professionals, community leaders, and law enforcement officers to increase their education and awareness about responsible gambling and the risks of gambling.
The conference will feature top speakers and leading authorities on gambling issues, with topics including:
- Regulation or Prohibition? Protecting Against the Social Impact of Online Gambling
- How Technology is Shaping the Gambling Industry of the Future
- Preventing the Next Generation of Problem Gamblers
- How Social Responsibility Can Help Build a Solid Foundation for the Gambling Industry of the Future

- A Family Systems Approach to Treating Problem Gambling
